Business Analyst (Remote/Hybrid)
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to be able to work with our key business users and stakeholders to define the functionality and web- based interface for their new web-based application.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into solutions.

Manage product roadmaps to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
-
Support Agile teams using Scrum methodology; facilitate sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Use project management tools such as Jira to track project progress and milestones.
-
Align with IT systems, processes, and lifecycles.

Key Requirements:
-
2+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst.

Strong background in Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Skilled in developing and managing project roadmaps.

Familiar with Jira and IT systems management.

Excellent communication skills, with an ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Application Support Analyst
L&P an IT Consultancy firm are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join their company on a permanent basis at their UK office with hybrid working. You would be joining a new team that has been formed to better support the company's growth.
Responsibilities:

Handling escalated issues relating to applications or services through to resolution

Deliver training on inhouse bespoke software

Engaging with 3rd party service providers, where necessary

Performing maintenance activities, while deploying and documenting technical solutions

Maintain a strong relationship with a range of internal and external stakeholders
To be successful in this role you will need:

Experience developing, supporting, and administrating core applications

Experience of MySQL, Posgres and MS SQL

Background working within technology driven company

Ability to quickly learn, implement and utilise new technologies

Software Testers (Hybrid)
L&P are currently looking for an Automation/Manual Testers to join an rapidly growing IT organisation. We have bespoke core applications systems as well as small admin applications that integrate with our digital offering. We need testers, to test new and existing functionality with our systems.
